Introducing YOGAisYOU

It’s about what you CAN do.

YOGAisYOU is an anatomical yoga method founded by teacher Chloe Dumas after years of intensive teaching in Great Britain and an American certification. Developed in English and French, YOGAisYOU favours an approach of yoga bringing positive benefits to all those, including very beginners, who do not feel connected to current methods, leading them to take a critical look at their own bodies. YOGAisYOU allows you, with the many cues the teacher shares, to open up the benefits of the positions, as well as to understand the secrets of your own body.
...« I am not flexible enough for yoga » ...« I am too fat for yoga » ...« too old » ...« not good enough »...“I never know if I’m doing it right” ...“it just hurts” ...“it looks so easy for the teacher but it’s torture to me”
...YOGAisYOU is an answer to all those. Because we only have one body. Because we want to preserve it as long as possible with a positive idea of what it can do, instead of what it can’t.

About Chloe Dumas

Chloe Dumas is a French actress with a long-standing passion for anatomy, which she explores through yoga, martial arts and mobility flow. She is certified in Iyengar, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. A positive soul with radiant energy, she teaches in both French and English since 2011. In the course of a disturbed growth with a malfunctioning  thyroid, fighting overweight with an extremely stiff body, Chloe Dumas created and developed the YOGAisYOU method in order to feel better in the body she had, where “improving” would be a collateral benefit, not a goal.
